If you are unable to make your scheduled reservation we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Late notice cancellations and No-Shows will be charged 50% of full service price. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
A portion of your cancellation fee is donated to www.care.org. They work to empower women and eliminate global poverty. Ask the front desk how you can help, and thank you for your support.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please understand scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service fee.
We ask that you please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing adequate time to ensure complete, pre-treatment check in and relaxation. Arriving late for your appointment may deprive you of scheduled treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Let your therapist know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your treatment. In addition, if you are pregnant, please communicate this at the time of your booking. Cell phone and pager usage is strictly prohibited inside the spa. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in spa service areas.
